Our comforter has a Q-MAX value of 0.401, compared to around 0.07 for cotton.

WASHABLE AND MACHINE WASHABLE Our sleeping mat is machine washable on a gentle cold-water cycle without color fading, shrinkage, or pilling. Hang to dry, and do not bleach or use a dryer.
