The mattress is not cool. Check if the water adding steps are correct. First add 1/2 of the water to the water tank, then turn on the machine to let the water flow towards the mattress, then add 3/4 of the water, and then turn on the machine. Check if the gear is at its maximum range. Check if the running time is 20-30 minutes, if the running time is too short and the cooling effect is insufficient. A water-cooled mattress can only lower the body temperature by 3-8 ℃. If your area is too hot, you still need to use the water-cooled mattress together with air conditioning for better results.

The water tank is leaking. If the water overflows from the top of the water tank, it means there is too much water. You can open the black plug at the bottom to allow some of the water to flow out. If it overflows from other parts of the machine, it may be that the water pipe in the water tank is loose and needs to be disassembled to reconnect the water pipe. If the water tank is damaged, we will directly send you a new machine.
